Paradot AI Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

1. Acceptance. By opening paradot.net, creating an account or sending a message, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, stop using Paradot AI.
2. Parties. "You" means the individual using the service. "Paradot AI", "we" and "us" mean the operator of paradot.net.
3. Adults only. You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the higher age of majority where you live, and that adult-themed chat is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Personal use. Accounts are for one person. You may not share credentials, resell access or operate an account on behalf of a group.
5. Capacity. You confirm you have legal capacity to enter this agreement and are not barred from it under applicable law.
6. Availability. Paradot AI may restrict access in territories where the service cannot lawfully operate.

Accounts and security

7. Accurate details. Registration information must be truthful and kept current, particularly your contact email.
8. Credential safety. You are responsible for your password and for every action taken through your account.
9. Compromise. Notify support@paradot.net immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
10. One free account. Creating multiple free accounts to bypass usage limits is a breach of these terms.
11. Suspension. Paradot AI may suspend or close an account that presents a security, payment or legal risk.

Nature of the service

12. Generated characters. Every companion on Paradot AI is a fictional, software-generated character. No real person is represented, contacted or impersonated.
13. Entertainment purpose. The service exists for companionship and entertainment. It is not therapy, counselling or crisis support.
14. No professional advice. Nothing a companion says constitutes medical, legal, psychological or financial advice, and it must not be relied upon as such.
15. Emergencies. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. Paradot AI cannot summon help on your behalf.
16. Accuracy. Generated replies may be incomplete or wrong. Verify anything factual before acting on it.
17. Feature changes. Features may be added, altered or withdrawn as the product evolves.

Acceptable use

18. Prohibited content. You may not use Paradot AI to create, request or distribute material involving minors, non-consensual acts, trafficking, terrorism or credible threats of violence.
19. No harassment. Do not use the service to harass, stalk, defame or impersonate a real individual.
20. No illegal activity. Do not use Paradot AI to plan, facilitate or conceal unlawful acts.
21. No technical abuse. Scraping, reverse engineering, automated access, load testing and attempts to bypass rate limits are prohibited.
22. No malicious code. Uploading or transmitting malware, exploits or harmful scripts is forbidden.
23. No commercial exploitation. Output may not be resold, rebranded or used to train competing systems without written permission.
24. Enforcement. Breaches may lead to immediate termination without refund and, where required, referral to the authorities.

Payments, content and liability

25. Plans and pricing. Paid plans are described at checkout. Prices may change with notice, and existing billing cycles are honoured at the agreed rate.
26. Recurring billing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, using the payment method on file.
27. Cancellation. Cancel at any time in account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
28. Refunds. Refunds are handled case by case in line with consumer law in your country; unused digital credits are generally non-refundable.
29. Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in permanent closure of the account.
30. Your content. You keep ownership of the messages you write and grant Paradot AI a limited licence to process them purely to operate the service.
31. Our content. The Paradot AI name, interface, imagery and code remain our property and may not be copied without consent.
32. Feedback. Suggestions you send may be used freely and without compensation.
33. Service warranty. Paradot AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
34. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
35. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Paradot AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
36. Force majeure. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages at infrastructure providers.
37. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment; disputes are first raised with support and resolved in the competent courts there.
38. Changes and contact. Updated terms are posted on this page with a new date; continued use means acceptance. Questions go to legal@paradot.net.
