Paradot AI Privacy Policy

Scope and definitions

1. Who we are. Paradot AI ("Paradot AI", "we", "us") operates the website paradot.net and the AI girlfriend chat services offered through it. This policy explains what we do with personal data.
2. What this covers. This policy applies to visitors to paradot.net, registered members, trial users and anyone who contacts Paradot AI support.
3. Age requirement. Paradot AI is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly process data belonging to minors, and any account found to belong to a minor is closed and erased.
4. Meaning of personal data. Personal data means information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you, including an email address, a device identifier or the content of your chats.
5. Controller role. For the data described here, Paradot AI acts as the controller and decides why and how the information is processed.

What we collect

6. Account details. An email address, a chosen display name and a hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
7. Profile preferences. The companion appearance, personality settings, language and tone you configure inside Paradot AI.
8. Conversation content. Messages you send and receive, including voice notes where you use them, so your companion can maintain context.
9. Payment records. Plan name, amount, currency, date and the last four digits of a card. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processors and never reach Paradot AI servers.
10. Technical data. IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, time zone and approximate region derived from the IP.
11. Usage data. Pages viewed, features opened, session length and error reports used to keep the service stable.
12. Support correspondence. Anything you write to us by email or through the in-app form, including attachments you choose to send.
13. What we never ask for. Paradot AI does not request government identity documents, home addresses, banking logins or biometric data.

How the information is used

14. Delivering the service. Producing replies, maintaining companion memory, syncing your chats across devices and restoring sessions.
15. Account administration. Creating accounts, authenticating logins, processing subscriptions and issuing refunds.
16. Safety and abuse prevention. Detecting fraud, automated scraping, payment abuse and behaviour that breaks our Terms of Service.
17. Service improvement. Reviewing aggregated, de-identified usage patterns to decide what to build next. Individual chats are not read for product research.
18. Communication. Sending receipts, security notices and, where you have opted in, occasional product updates. Marketing consent can be withdrawn in one click.
19. Legal compliance. Meeting tax, accounting and law-enforcement obligations that apply to Paradot AI.

Legal grounds and sharing

20. Lawful bases. We rely on contract performance to run your account, legitimate interests for security and improvement, consent for optional marketing, and legal obligation where the law requires retention.
21. Service providers. Data may be processed by hosting, storage, analytics, email delivery and payment partners acting only on our written instructions.
22. No sale of data. Paradot AI does not sell, rent or trade personal data or chat content to advertisers, data brokers or any third party.
23. Legal disclosure. We disclose data only when compelled by a valid legal request, and we narrow the response to what is strictly required.
24. Business transfers. If Paradot AI is acquired or merged, data may transfer to the successor under the protections described in this policy, and you will be notified.
25. International transfers. Where data leaves your region, we use standard contractual clauses or an equivalent recognised safeguard.

Storage, security and your choices

26. Encryption. Traffic is protected with TLS in transit and chat archives are encrypted at rest on Paradot AI infrastructure.
27. Access control. Only a small number of vetted staff can reach production systems, each with individual credentials and audit logging.
28. Retention. Account data is kept while your account is active. After deletion, backups are purged on a rolling schedule of no more than ninety days.
29. Deletion controls. You can erase a single message, an entire companion or your whole Paradot AI account from account settings at any time.
30. Your rights. Subject to local law you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to certain processing.
31. Cookies. Paradot AI uses essential cookies for login and session security, plus optional analytics cookies you can decline without losing functionality.
32. Do Not Track. Where a browser sends a recognised opt-out signal, we treat it as a refusal of optional analytics.
33. Breach notification. If a breach is likely to affect your rights, we notify affected members and the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay.
34. Third-party links. Pages outside paradot.net follow their own policies; we are not responsible for how they treat your data.
35. Policy changes. Material updates are announced on this page with a new revision date, and continued use of Paradot AI signals acceptance.
36. Contact. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to privacy@paradot.net and are answered within thirty days.
